More than just a gym, we offer a welcoming environment and a range of services and classes to enhance the health and wellbeing of members, delegates and guests.
Whether you are looking to achieve a healthier lifestyle, to reduce stress, or simply have a passion for fitness, our fully qualified team of instructors will work with you to develop tailor made exercise programmes to meet your individual fitness goals.
Exercise has a positive impact on the mind as well as body and our fully qualified team are on hand to provide you with nutritional advice, exercise suggestions and help boost your motivation whenever you need it.
Corporate rates are available for local companies and NHS employees. All guests and residential delegates can enjoy complimentary use of our swimming pool and health club. Swim passes are also available to non-members at a cost of £50 for adults and £35 for children for 10 swims.
A small selection of high quality swimwear and pool accessories are available to buy at a reasonable price from reception.
Even if you are not a member of the Centre for Health and Wellbeing, we are one of the few hotels in the UK to offer access, not only to our gym facilities, but to our fitness classes completely free of charge.
Located next to the River Clyde, on sunny days our grounds are ideal for taking a walk, or even just enjoying the fresh air; we also have further information and maps for other outdoor activities, including walking, running, and cycling, available from Reception.
At the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel, we believe in healthy body and healthy mind, and our Reception and Fitness staff actively encourage all delegates and event organisers to take advantage of the facilities during their time here.
More information about our gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and walking routes are available at Reception.

As part of our overall vision to become an internationally renowned meeting and hospitality venue, we recently conducted an in depth review of our facility and the services we offer.
Going forward, the wellbeing of our members remains our key focus. In line with the Scottish Government's vision to create a healthier Scotland, our strategy aims to provide more accessible opportunities to create healthier members, delegates and staff.
We will be providing regular updates on our facilities as we continue to introduce new services. For more information, keep checking this page, or follow:
