Our chefs use fresh, locally sourced, high-quality Scottish produce to create delicious and nutritious food for a range of occassions. All food is prepared fresh on-site every day and served in our restaurant or delivered to your conference or networking area.
Our fresh fish is sustainable and caught by day boats in Scottish waters, some of which is landed in Peterhead, Shetland and Scrabster.
Our beef is supplied by Tulloch the butcher and sourced from the nearby Glennifer Hills. Our pork and potatoes are sourced from Ayrshire whilst our cheeses come from Mull and Dumfries.
