At the Centre for Health and Wellbeing, we go beyond the ordinary to redefine what it means to feel your best.
Much more than just a gym, we offer a welcoming environment along with a range of services and classes to enhance the health and wellbeing of members, delegates and guests.
All gym facilities and fitness classes are completely free to Hotel guests and delegates, and we have a range of membership options available for non-residents, including discounts and offers for NHSScotland staff.
Our Facilities
Whether you are looking to achieve a healthier lifestyle, reduce stress, or just have a passion for fitness, we have all the facilities and equipment you need to help you achieve your goals.
Our gym equipment includes:
- Life Fitness fixed resistance equipment
- Selection of cardio equipment
- Life Fitness free weights section
- Stretch area with ab-curlers and Swiss balls
- Power Plate machine.
Our fully qualified team of instructors will work with you to develop tailor made exercise programmes, set towards your individual targets.
A small selection of high-quality swimwear and pool accessories are available to buy at a reasonable price from reception.

Please note last entry to our Centre for Health & Wellbeing each day is one hour before closing time, and our poolside and gym close 15 minutes before closing.

Membership & Fees
Our facilities and classes are free to any hotel guests or conference delegates, and we have a range of membership options for non-residents looking for a leisure centre in Clydebank.
Corporate rates are available for local companies and NHS employees.
Swim passes are also available to non-members at a cost of £50 for adults and £35 for children for 10 swims.
Fitness Classes
We offer a wide range of fitness classes from yoga to circuits and kettlebells.
Classes are free for members or residential hotel guests. If interested, please book in advance at our Centre for Health and Wellbeing Reception or by calling 0141 951 5151.
