We are pleased to share that Commercial and Logistics Director, Denis Flanagan, has successfully completed Welcome Brain Consulting’s CPD-certified Neurodiversity First Responder training.
The training equips participants with practical skills to recognise when someone may be experiencing distress, respond calmly and respectfully, and help create environments where people feel safe, supported and included.
As we continue our work towards becoming a more neuroinclusive venue, this training is another important step in ensuring our teams can better support colleagues, conference delegates and guests with a wide range of needs.
By investing in neurodiversity awareness and inclusive practice, we are helping to create welcoming spaces where everyone can thrive.
