One of Scotland’s top chefs is to showcase his culinary skills at a ‘Demo and Dine’ event at the award-winning Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel.

Master chef Willie Pike MBE will welcome you to a night of fantastic cooking and entertainment on Friday 31 January 2020.

Willie is a seasoned culinary demonstrator who has cooked for many distinguished guests from the Royal Family to top chef Gordon Ramsay and has a fabulous repertoire of dishes and ideas.

Willie said: “I’m delighted to be bringing my popular Demo and Dine night to the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel for the first time in the new year.

“These events are a great opportunity to get together with friends and enjoy a great and unique night out.

“I’ll be cooking dishes around a Scottish theme and narrating the story behind this with technical know-how and good Scottish humour.”

Hotel Director Bronagh Bell said: “Willie is one of the most talented chefs around and this is a night foodies cannot afford to miss.

“As well as being a master chef, Willie is also a master storyteller. His food is absolutely exceptional and his experience and charisma will make it a great night of entertainment all round.”

The event takes place on Friday 31 January from 6.45pm until 10pm.

Tickets cost £35 per person and include refreshments and canapes on arrival and a hot buffet after the cooking demonstration.
